Overview:

We are seeking a talented Accessories Designer with a passion for contemporary design and a strong eye for elevated, modern aesthetics. In this freelance, on-site role, you will be instrumental in shaping the look and feel for the line, focusing on innovative bags, packs, and cut-and-sew accessories that blend style with functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop original concepts for bags, packs, and lifestyle accessories with an emphasis on clean lines, modern silhouettes, and functional innovation
• Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate vision and direction
• Collaborate closely with technical designers to translate concepts into production-ready tech packs
• Select materials, trims, and hardware that support a modern, elevated brand identity
• Stay ahead of lifestyle/athleisure trends to ensure all designs are both relevant and aspirational
• Iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and brand standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred
• Proven experience designing accessories—bags, packs, or similar products—with a strong portfolio showcasing modern aesthetics
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator; ability to create clear design documents and visualizations
• Deep understanding of accessory materials, construction techniques, and lifestyle product trends
• Strong sense of color, proportion, and form; ability to balance innovation with commercial appeal
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design and technical teams
• Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator
