Job Description

• Maintain inventory and complete month end data entry
• Assist new hires with timely completions of employment paperwork
• General administrative support for the department including but not limited to answering phones, word processing and managing expense accounts
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals and procedure manuals
• Monitor on-hand levels of inventory using excel-based tools
• Perform cycle counts and physical counts, investigating issues that arise
• Create, route, and track purchase requisitions/POs; confirm pricing, terms, and delivery dates
• Strong data entry experience
• Welcomes on site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel as well as monitors visitor access and issue passes when required
• Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies

Requirements:

• EDUCATION: High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED)
• EXPERIENCE: 3+ years’ experience
• OTHER:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
