Administrative Sales Assistant (Seasonal)

We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Sales Assistant to join our team and work directly with our VP of Sales! As an Administrative Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process. You will also be responsible for helping our clients by providing service information, resolving issues and assisting in booking online moving jobs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about administrative sales and wants to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client’s inquiries by phone and/or emails
• Provide information about our services
• Review online sales potentials
• Review all lost jobs and turn them into booked jobs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update client’s records
• Assist in maintaining customer relationships by providing excellent customer service
• Perform other tasks requested by the VP of Sales

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
