Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $10.50 per hour (1st shift) / $10.80 per hour (2nd shift) / $11.00 per hour (3rd shift)

• Supporting manufacturing operations for surgical intraocular lenses. • Ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met. • Playing a vital role in the production of advanced ophthalmic products.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). • Possess basic computer skills and basic English knowledge. • Are available for 12-hour shifts on both weekdays and weekends, with a consistent shift and variable working days. • Are eager to learn and ready to join the Medical Devices industry—no prior work experience is required!
