We are a leading authorized retailer for AT&T, Spectrum, Frontier Communications, DIRECTV and ADT. We are experiencing growth in all departments and looking to expand our operations all over the U.S. We have been awarded as a number 1 dealer of the year for several years for many of our clients. We are searching for someone to take on the role of a Customer Service Rep, who’s ambitious with leadership qualities, entrepreneur drive, and passion to compete in the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer friendly and answer in an efficient manner.
Provide good customer service with the aid of knowledge gained from the internal training and support systems.
Build sustainable professional relationship and trust with business owners and clients through open and interactive communication.
Take extra milage to engage business clients.
Educate clients about the latest promotional deals.
