Role: Intelligent Process Automation Functional Partner About the position This requirement is for a dynamic & seasoned individual with extensive knowledge in the functional space of Interactive & Intelligent/Cognitive Process Automation, Adaptive intelligent case-style workflow orchestration, AI-ML semantics & NLP-based document processing, and Digital Communication solutions. The role involves transforming agent-driven interactions into automated self-service touchpoints. The individual will collaborate with Technical SMEs to promote Wipro's offerings to business teams and understand stakeholder expectations. It is an individual contributor role within an advisory team, focusing on either a large engagement or multiple accounts. The functional partner will advise and support businesses on technology solutions to perform critical tasks and processes. Industry sectors BFSI Insurance Responsibilities Act as a functional partner to the customer's business team to drive KPIs for industry verticals. Lead consulting engagements to define business vision, case, and architecture for new implementations. Partner with customers on process orchestration, automation, digital adoption, and value realization. Identify opportunities for process improvement, intelligent document processing, and cognitive decision-making. Support business development through opportunity identification, proposal development, and RFP responses. Contribute to new business wins and growth in existing relationships in areas like operation optimization and digital customer service. Skills and expertise 15+ years in process automation with exposure to intelligent platforms, cognitive processing, AI, ML, NLP, and data visualization models. Knowledge of defining roadmaps and strategies for industries such as Banking & Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Utilities. Understanding of business process transformation from strategy to execution. Support the development of IT applications, including planning, design, development, and implementation of efficient systems. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with multidisciplinary and distributed teams. Personal drive and self-guided attitude.
