This is a part-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role is based in Boston, South Shore, and North Shore areas. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing direct therapy sessions. Additional duties include training and educating parents, supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The role requires meticulous data collection and analysis to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
