We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Answering office phones; Front Desk first point of contact for guests
• Office management responsibilities including supplies and office operations
• Assist COO with Calendar and Executive administration
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Assist in scheduling and organizing marketing initiatives
• Communicate results and outcomes of marketing campaigns
• Perform various other duties as required by ownership team

Qualifications: ​

• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail Oriented and technically savvy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
• Authorized to work in US
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Three to five years of related experience
• Prefer knowledge of communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia
