We’re hiring experienced, bilingual Leasing Consultants who are fluent in Spanish and English to represent beautiful apartment communities and help future residents find their new homes.

What You'll Do:

· Greet and assist current and prospective residents

· Conduct property tours and highlight community features

· Process applications and prepare lease agreements

· Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person

· Use your customer service or sales experience to meet leasing goals

· Assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and retention strategies

· Light administrative tasks like filing, answering phones, and making coffee

What You Bring to the Table:

· 6+ months of apartment leasing experience

· Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish & English

· Familiar with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon – a plus!)

· Knowledge of Fair Housing laws

· Reliable transportation

· Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service
