About the Role

A Master's degree, experience in higher education, and proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish are preferred. The role requires the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including students, parents, teachers, and community leaders. Critical thinking, good judgment, and effective communication skills are essential. The Career Coach will also be expected to engage in professional development activities and represent the company at various events and meetings.
