We are currently seeking compassionate people to join our talented Health Services Team.\n$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for Full-Time\n$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for Part-Time\n$3,500 SIGN-ON BONUS for Overnights\n$1/hr shift premium for overnight shifts\n\nDay Shifts Available! 6:00am-2:30pm\n2:00pm-10:30pm\n4:00pm-10:30pm\n6:00pm-10:30pm\n\nAs a Caregiver, CNA or CMA, you will enrich lives every day by relying on your experience and knowledge of medication administration procedures to ensure that residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!\nYear-round referral bonus opportunities\nLead Program\nOnboarding Program for New Hires\nThe ideal candidate will:\n • Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers\n • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent\n • Be a licensed Certified Medication Aide in this state\n • Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification\n • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment\n • Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care\n • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality\n • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors\n\n\nBenefits:\nTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
