Position Overview

CEO Life is seeking a strategic, pro-growth and marketing expert to be our Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of the companys expansion. The ideal candidate is an experienced executive with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and scalable business growth.

This leader will drive the companys operations, brand development, and marketing ecosystem creating the infrastructure to generate 10+ qualified leads per day per chapter while fostering excellence across all teams and regions. The Founder will remain focused on franchise / chapter partnership sales, while the incoming CEO will oversee day-to-day business operations and execute the companys long-term strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Growth Strategy
• Business Development, Revenue Generations and Sales.
• Develop and execute CEO Lifes global growth strategy in alignment with the mission to connect 50,000 leaders worldwide.
• Oversee all operational departments sales, marketing, events, member experience, partnerships, and technology.
• Build and lead a world-class team culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and performance.
• Sales & Marketing Excellence
• Architect and scale a marketing ecosystem capable of generating consistent, high-quality leads for each chapter (target: 10+ leads per day per chapter).
• Oversee lead generation campaigns, digital funnels, partnerships, and brand storytelling.
• Drive measurable membership growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Operational Execution
• Ensure smooth execution of all events, programs, and membership services.
• Establish efficient systems, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across departments.
• Collaborate with the President to identify and prioritize expansion markets and partnerships.
• Financial Stewardship
• Manage budgets, P&L, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
• Oversee forecasting, resource allocation, and financial accountability across all chapters.
• Brand & Community Building
• Represent CEO Life publicly with passion, integrity, and excellence.
• Strengthen the brands presence across media, partnerships, and international markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience (preferably as CEO, President, COO, or CMO).
• Proven success scaling an organization or network through marketing, digital sales funnels, or franchise-style expansion.
• Deep understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and brand strategy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills with a handson, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in membershipbased, communitydriven, or highend lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Passion for leadership, networking, and empowering entrepreneurs.

Compensation

• Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 in salary plus bonus and benefits, based on experience and fit. Total OTE is in excess of $250,000.
• Performancebased incentives tied to growth milestones and chapter success.
• Equity or partnership opportunities available for the right candidate.
