Job Title Chemical Operator III Location Marlborough, MA 01752 (Onsite) Employment Type 12-month contract (4 days on / 4 days off) Pay Rate $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Work Hours Night shift: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Day shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM. Shift rotation alternates 4 days on and 4 days off. Training Onboarding training required for first 4 weeks on the day shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM. Qualifications Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED. Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or clean room is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivating and hard working. Physical Requirements Light to moderate physical effort required. Standing/Walking for the majority of the 12-hour shift. Lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally. Bending, pushing and pulling daily. Occasional work at table level and/or overhead level. Wear appropriate PPE. Work in a restricted electrically classified area for use of flammable and combustible materials. Work performed in a plant environment. Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, chemical and other elements. Responsibilities Maintain a safe working environment and participate in all required safety programs, training, and activities. Follow Operating Discipline principles, procedures and practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas. Operate and field check process equipment. Monitor process conditions, equipment and control systems if required. Receive direction from area leads/supervisor and complete assigned tasks. Complete routine and repetitive activities such as labeling, forming and filling boxes, moving materials and equipment.
