Direct operations and staff in delivering fresh food and beverages with stellar service to our customers.**Hours:** Full-time, including weekends and some holidays.**Position Responsibilities*** Manage all aspects of the coffee shop to ensure consistent, quality food and beverage service in an inviting environment.* Train and develop shop employees to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the guest experience.* Address customer needs in a courteous and timely manner.* Ensure the coffee shop is clean and equipment is maintained and in working order.* Create and distribute weekly staff work schedules.* Oversee café supplies including placing product orders and replenishing stock.**Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree.
