Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures related to compliance
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
- Investigate and resolve compliance concerns or violations
- Provide training and guidance to staff and temporary employees on compliance matters
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and prepare required reports
- Maintain records of compliance activities and prepare reports for management
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compliance, preferably in staffing or HR industries
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
