DC Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated Controls System Integrator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll collaborate with a talented group of Engineers, System Integrators, Programmers, and Panel Builders to deliver innovative and high-quality automation solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a key system integrator on diverse projects, from concept to completion.
  • Program advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human Machine Interfaces) .
  • Apply your understanding of physical systems to ensure optimal control and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot complex systems, test I/O, and verify system performance with precision.
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in control systems integration.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  • High-level competency in system troubleshooting and validation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in control system integration.
  • Proven experience working on projects independently.
  • Strong understanding of how physical equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation) should function as a cohesive system.
  • Experience with PLCs and control system user interfaces.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Water/Wastewater systems and/or food processing.
  • Engineering degree or Control System Technician certification.
