As a key player in our facilities team, you'll collaborate with contractors and vendors to keep our equipment in top-notch condition. Shift Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (12 pm - 10:30 pm/ Saturdays 9 am - 7:30 pm). Perform maintenance duties on office equipment, computer systems, and electrical projects, ensuring all systems are up and running smoothly. Collaborate with outside contractors and vendors for equipment and facilities repairs, enhancing our operational efficiency. Conduct thorough troubleshooting of network systems, cabling, and I/O devices to minimize downtime. Develop and implement an overall maintenance schedule for all devices, ensuring timely upkeep and preventing breakdowns. Accurately measure voltage and current to troubleshoot circuits safely and effectively. Maintain printers and work with pneumatic circuits for optimal performance. Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals. Troubleshoot network systems. Configure and troubleshoot IBM compatible computers. Requirements: 0-2 years of facilities engineering experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Flexibility to work overtime if needed to meet company goals. Specialized Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in measuring voltage and current, with experience in troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical schematics. 1+ years of experience highly preferred. Knowledgeable in aligning bearings, shafts, and drives, and adjusting belt and chain tensions. Ability to read ladder logic, handle PLC programs, and troubleshoot PLC functions. Experience in analyzing computer cards and chips, and setting up RS232/RS422 communications. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting changing business demands. Experience in Central Fill environment is a plus.
