Dental Office Manager –

TimberRidge Dental is a company in Heber City, UT 84032. We are supportive, fun and our goal is to provide not only our patients with the best experience possible, but also to give our staff a positive and fulfilling place to work. We are searching for a Dental Office Manager that aligns with our practice goals and values. TimberRidge Dental is hiring a Full-time Dental Office Manager (Monday-Thursday).

Dental Office Manager Job Description

• Answer phones, emails and texts
• Ensure smooth running of the office
• Directly manage clinic, dental assistants, receptionists, and other staff to include hiring, termination, performance management, training (non-clinical) and development, and problem resolution
• activities within the clinic

Qualifications for dental office manager

• Minimum of 2 years dental experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint (Word - Create correspondence and work, within templates)
• Our office used Dentrix
• Phone Skills
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish would be very beneficial
• Lead, maintain and build a thriving dental team

Our beautiful, newly remodeled office is located on Main Street in Heber City, UT. We have an incredible team who are dedicated to every patient. You will be responsible for creating the first impression with our patients whether that is on the phone or in person, so you will need to have great communication skills.
