Opportunity Overview :

We are looking for a Designer to support both our teams and external customers in providing high-quality design solutions for utility projects. You will manage projects from initial customer contact through design and approval, culminating in project execution. This is a full-time hybrid position (onsite Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday) with potential for overtime. Your role will involve travel for site visits, with mileage reimbursed, and you will report directly to a Senior Designer.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Be the Project Manager and Customer Service Advocate, working directly with customers in the field.

• Receive project assignments, gather necessary information from customers, and conduct site visits.
\n
• Return to the office to complete project designs, obtain approvals, and coordinate project builds.
\n
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure project success.
\n

Qualifications:

Who You Are:

• Valid Driver's License
\n
• Experience with GIS
\n
• Understanding of project management principles
\n
• Knowledge of power utility operations
\n
• 1+ years in customer-facing or customer service roles
\n
