Marshall Flooring is a third-generation, family-owned business with a 17,000 sq. ft. showroom and the largest in-stock rug selection in Northeast Ohio. We’re proud of our 50+ years of craftsmanship and service, and now we’re looking for a confident Digital Marketing Specialist to take the lead in telling our story and driving growth.

• Take ownership of digital marketing — from strategy to execution — across social media, email, paid ads, and content.
• Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot, Meta, and Google Ads.
• Capture, curate, and publish storytelling content (photos, videos, customer stories, team features).
• Manage our content calendar and ensure consistent, engaging messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Analyze performance and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.

• 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience (agency or in-house) with proven results.
• Confident, self-directed, and comfortable being the primary marketing driver.
• Skilled in HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation), Google Ads, and social platforms.
• Strong storyteller with both creative and analytical skills.
• Comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution.
• A natural collaborator who thrives in a close-knit, family business culture.
