Selectek is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and bring the company's brand to life across several platforms. This is a role where strategy meets creativity—you’ll plan and execute campaigns, craft compelling content, and help shape the voice of a growing, dynamic firm. Required: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation, bonus points for experience in the A/E/C Industry. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms (SEMrush, Moz), Mailchimp, and CRM systems. Strong writing skills and a flair for visual storytelling. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Bonus points for video editing, photography, and familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager. Proven track record of successful digital campaigns, and a strong visual portfolio. Primary Job Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, email, social media, and paid media. Develop engaging written, visual, and video content for web, blogs, social, and email. Manage and elevate our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with leadership to refine strategies. Update website content and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Ability to capture the essence of the company through compelling storytelling, visuals, and video. Collaborate with internal team leadership to support business goals and align marketing efforts. Sponsorship: No Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Term of assignment: Direct Hire Location of Job: Residency in or near one of the company’s offices Hours & Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM Overtime: Some on occasion Travel: If remote, need to be open to traveling to the office when needed. WFH: Yes Remote: Yes, but must be located in or near one of the company's office locations, including: Asheville, NC (28801), Atlanta, GA (30339), Charleston, SC (29403), Charlotte, NC (28277), or Rocky Mount, NC (27804).
