Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Sterling Engineering is working with a manufacturing company in Wood Dale, IL, seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing social media, creating content, designing marketing materials, and supporting internal communications in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage social media presence, including content calendars and follower engagement.
2. Create visual content for digital and print materials.
3. Write and design marketing content like blogs, emails, and case studies, supporting SEO strategies.
4. Assist in video content creation using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
5. Maintain and update the company website and intranet.
6. Ensure branding consistency across all materials and channels.
7. Support marketing initiatives and internal event coordination.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in B2B or manufacturing.
3. Strong content creation and social media management skills.
4. Proficiency in WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Skilled in Microsoft Office.
6. Detail-oriented with good project management skills.
