Salary:

Celtic Chicago, Inc. is seeking an early career, passionate specialist who will be responsible for executing digital media programs and coordinating media insertions and ad sends. This full-time, hybrid position is perfect for a well-organized, detailed personality. Join a vibrant Chicago agency with a Kansas City based media team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and fulfillment of digital programs, as well as traditional programs (print)
• Organize and assist in the placement of ads in the clients media plan including creation of orders, distribution to appropriate vendors as instructed and quality check on final execution
• Coordinate strategy and execution of Google Ads programs, including keyword and competitor research; account management and monitoring and metrics presentation (training provided)
  
• Manage, optimize and report on performance of paid efforts on social media platforms
  
• Reconcile billing from media outlets against the media plan
  
• Communicate and build strong relationships with media outlet contacts
  
• Create, update and manage data reporting sources and dashboards to present clients with relevant and easily understandable performance insights and action items
  
• Demonstrate an ability to organize workload and workflow

Skills

• Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, digital communications or similar
  
• Strong critical thinker, naturally inquisitive, problem-solver
  
• Ability to multi-task
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google applications (Analytics, Ads, Looker Studio, or similar)
  
• Desire to learn in the digital marketing space, within cross-functional teams
  
• A positive attitude with proven experience working in a team environment
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Detail oriented and a desire to produce flawless deliverables
  
• Media or affiliate experience a plus
