Director of E-commerce, Direct to Consumer
📍 East LA/ Montebello/Hacienda Heights, CA | Full-time, Onsite
We’re seeking an experienced Director of E-commerce (D2C) to lead our direct-to-consumer business and drive growth across brand-owned websites. This role combines strategy with execution, focusing on conversion optimization, digital marketing, and enhancing the online customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow D2C e-commerce sales across company websites.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and deliver measurable results.
- Manage the promotional calendar and online campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, IT, and agency partners.
- Analyze competition, set pricing strategies, and improve profitability.
- Oversee ERP/CRM automations to streamline operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of leadership in D2C e-commerce.
- 8+ years of D2C ecommerce experience
- Proven expertise in CRO and driving online revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
- Experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and automation.
