· 401(K) employer contribution Job Details We are seeking a pragmatic, globally experienced, and business-minded Director of Information Security & Compliance to lead our information security, compliance, and business continuity initiatives. This critical leadership role will drive our security posture as we scale globally following recent acquisitions in LATAM and the EU. Reporting to the CIO, you will spearhead the implementation of key certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2), oversee Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning (DR/BCP), manage third-party penetration testing, and lead quarterly security reviews. As a proactive communicator, you’ll translate complex security and privacy requirements for executives, engineers, end users, and customers, ensuring alignment with business priorities in a high-growth, SaaS-centric environment.
