We’re currently hiring a Licensed Electrical Service Technician who is skilled, motivated, and ready to grow with a company that values your expertise and ambition and wants to move up in the company as it grows!

As a key member of our team, you'll perform a wide range of electrical service tasks in commercial and light-industrial environments. We’re looking for someone who is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality work while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Compensation:

$34 - $48 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems while consistently upholding industry safety standards.
  • Interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics with accuracy and precision.
  • Create clear sketches and diagrams to document electrical work and modifications.
  • Install control and distribution devices such as relays, switches, and Remote Power Panels (RPPs).
  • Test equipment to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ensure a safe work environment for both personnel and customers on-site.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability when interacting with customers, vendors, and team members at all times.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly while maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Climb ladders and navigate stairs confidently and safely.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative 2-man team.
  • Be comfortable driving a work van.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Maintain an active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license through TDLR.
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or light-industrial service as a Journeyman.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical codes, and regulations accurately.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
