Practice Area Focus: Trust & Estate Planning, may touch on other general Corporate matters where needed
Compensation varies depending on experience, but the firm offers a competitive package of base salary, origination fee bonuses, and billable-based bonuses
Onsite or Hybrid schedule in Austin
Billable Hours: minimum of 100 hours/month but usually more than that. No concrete requirement though.
Health Insurance 100% covered by the firm for a basic plan, with additional add-ons

401k w/match (eligible at 1 year of employment)
PTO: 15 days first year, 16 days second year, etc. up to maximum of 20 days

Qualifications:

5-10+ years' experience as an Attorney with a focus on complex Trust & Estate Law
Strong writing skills and detail-oriented
Strong management and leadership skills
Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
