Location: Randallstown, MD
Hours: Up to 20 hours/week (Evening & Weekend Availability Required)
Compensation: $30/hour | Non-Exempt
Reports to: Executive Director

The Greater Randallstown Community Development Organization (GRCDO) is on a mission to uplift and empower the Randallstown community through equitable development, strategic partnerships, and inclusive engagement.
We’re a growing nonprofit led by a passionate Executive Director and a committed Board of Directors, focused on creating lasting impact across the Liberty Road corridor. As we continue to strengthen our operations and expand our reach, we’re seeking an exceptional Executive & Program Assistant to help support our daily operations, board coordination, events, and community programs.
