A confidential private household is seeking an experienced, career Executive Personal Assistant to join their team in a full-time, long-term capacity. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and dedication. The position is based in Jackson, Wyoming, and relocation support and housing will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full management of complex calendars, appointments, and personal logistics.
  • Coordination of household scheduling, including family members and staff.
  • Gatekeeping across all communication channels: email, text, phone.
  • Oversight of personal and household purchasing, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Full responsibility for booking and managing travel arrangements, including for guests and team members.
  • Handling confidential documents, contracts, and household systems with precision.
  • Occasional travel with the household; availability during holidays and high-demand periods required.
  • Project and seasonal household support: property prep, event support, organization, holiday logistics.
  • Administrative support, digital and paper filing systems, light document review.
  • Errands, courier logistics, and day-to-day support tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a high-level personal or executive assistant in a private formal household and UHNW environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Impeccable discretion and sound judgment; highly trustworthy and professional.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, able to work independently with limited oversight.
  • Tech-savvy, with strong calendar and communication management skills.
  • Comfortable working with pets and around children.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate; flexibility in schedule and responsibilities is essential.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and a confident swimmer (for emergency safety).
  • Holds a valid U.S. driver’s license, passport, and legal work authorization.

Additional Details

  • Traditional full-time (Monday–Friday) with weekend availability as needed.
