Be Part of Our Team: Facilities Maintenance Technician Level IV

As the Facilities Maintenance Technician Level IV, you will be a key player in sustaining our manufacturing operations by ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally.

• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and established maintenance frameworks.
• Proactively address mechanical failures and potential safety hazards.
• Interpret and apply blueprints to complete maintenance tasks accurately.
• Perform essential repairs to keep our production lines running smoothly.
• Thoroughly document every action for alignment and accuracy.
• Maintain workspace order to uphold safety standards.
• Engage in effective communication with colleagues at all levels for enhanced coordination.
• Commit to maintaining exemplary safety and attendance records.
• Complete other assigned responsibilities diligently.

• Extensive industrial maintenance experience is required.
• Minimum of two years in a manufacturing setting, demonstrating consistent performance.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems, with a preference for Maintenance Connection usage.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and technological fluency.
• Self-driven approach in addressing and resolving technical issues.
• Strong ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently.

• The role requires flexibility to various physical tasks and environmental conditions.
• Involves regular interaction with potentially loud and variable environments.

A high school diploma or GED is necessary, with technical certifications being an added benefit.

Familiarity with preventative maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and industrial automation troubleshooting is crucial. A journeyman’s license will be highly beneficial.
