Responsibilities

1. Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds.
2. Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner.
3. Complete program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner.
4. Develop personalized, long-term strategies and assist clients in achieving their financial goals.
5. Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six-month program designed to prepare you for management success.

Qualifications

1. Cultural markets knowledge is preferred but not required.
2. Some sales experience is needed.
3. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is beneficial.
4. Goal-oriented, highly motivated individuals seeking a rewarding career.
5. Experience in the financial or insurance industry is required.

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
