The Grant Writer is a key member of the Grants Management team and plays a vital role in leading the proposal preparation process for federal, state, local, and foundation funding opportunities. Reporting to the Grants Manager, the Grant Writer supports the department in developing ready-to-deploy cases for support across key service lines that align with the agencys strategic plan. This position is responsible for conducting prospect research, developing and submitting competitive grant proposals that reflect the organizations funding priorities, and supporting the grants team with essential administrative and compliance-related tasks to ensure ongoing eligibility and adherence to funder requirements.

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree (higher degree accepted) English, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related field
Minimum Experience: 3 years grant writing experience or equivalent public health writing experience in a nonprofit, educational, healthcare, or research setting. 3 years proven success in securing grants from government agencies, foundations, and/or corporations.
