  • Contributes to a collaborative and positive work environment, fostering a strong sense of team culture and community.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

Requirements for the Graphic Designer Include:

  • A current and active DoD TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required.
  • At least three (3) years of progressively responsible Graphic Design experience, with a background in government contracting required.
  • Experience providing briefing support by preparing high-quality presentation materials, visual assets, and print-ready collateral for internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD (or Sketch), and Acrobat.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Word.

Compensation for the Graphic Designer Includes:

  • Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 (Commensurate with Experience)
  • Time Off: 17 days of PTO + 11 paid holidays
  • 401(k) Match: 100% on a 6% contribution
  • Health Coverage: CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield plans
  • Professional Development: $5,250 annual allowance
