Now Hiring: Industrial Painters – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location: McConnellsburg, PA

Pay: $22.75 – $26.40/hour

Sign-On Bonus Available!

Shifts: 2nd (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | 3rd (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Apply primer, paint, and touch-ups using spray equipment and brushes.
• Prep, mask, and unmask parts to exact specifications.
• Perform light body work and surface conditioning.
• Mix paints to match color, consistency, and viscosity standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment.
• Apply decals, stencils, and rust-proofing for a flawless finish.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in industrial or automotive painting preferred.
• Skilled with spray equipment, masking, and paint mixing.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable with2nd or 3rd shift in a fast-paced setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees
$1,500 Total
$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment
