Responsibilities:

This is a pivotal role for a financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, vertically integrated environment. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, capital structuring, project financing, and long-term financial planning. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, and driving sustainable growth across our development and operational platforms.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a proven record as a senior financial executive in real estate, preferably with experience in senior living. Strong expertise in real estate finance, capital markets, and investment analysis is essential, along with advanced knowledge of tax strategies and regulatory compliance. The CFO must demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions. A deep understanding of market cycles, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling is required. This in-office role reports directly to the President, with a potential hybrid option at their discretion.
