Manage all QuickBooks financial entries and ensure payments to vendors and accounts receivable payments are entered. Write checks, process financial information, and communicate with customers concerning overdue invoices and send follow-up reminders. Work closely with Alban, our part-time accountant, to ensure all entries match and help him close the books each month.
Ensure the location is locked, security is armed, and ADT Security is enforced.
Handling payment for the utilities like gas, water, electricity and ADT ect.
Conducting inventory counts and ensure the warehouse quantities are accurate.
Check the mailbox for bills and payments from customers/vendors.
Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees.
Ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Handling employees affair and issuing employees insurance.
Supporting performance reviews and career development.
Assisting with benefits and compensation management.
