We’re looking for experienced, customer-focused Residential HVAC Service Technicians who want to grow, be appreciated, and get paid what they’re worth. This role requires a proven track record—please do not apply without prior residential HVAC service experience.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, ductless)

• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call

• Recommend solutions that improve comfort, efficiency & reliability

• Maintain accurate records of work performed

• Represent Air Support with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

• 2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively

• Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical issues clearly

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

(If you don’t meet the minimum HVAC service experience requirement, this role is not a fit.)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• Rotating weekends

• Overtime available

Compensation & Benefits

• $125,000+ per year (average take-home for top techs)
