Job Title: Implementations Business Analyst

About Your Role:

You will provide analysis and consultation for Loan Director Flex product to existing clients during implementations/conversions, to ensure satisfied clients. This role is meaningful to our organization as clients expect high quality assistance with all interactions with Fiserv, from the beginning of a project to the end. The best part of the job is working with the clients and Fiserv associates for a successful event. You will always be learning, as every client event is an educational opportunity.

Experience Youll Need To Have:

• High School Diploma, Bachelors degree preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience as an Implementation Consultant or equivalent position responsible for assisting clients with implementations.
• Prior experience managing implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience working with external clients during project delivery and system training.
• Experience installing SaaS products and/or experience in an agile product development environment.
• Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience That Would Be Great To Have:

• Experience in delivering small to medium size projects within a matrixed organization environment.
• Proven working experience in the Banking, or Financial Services industry.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Cool under pressure, able to manage many priorities with high quality results.

Travel:

• Approximately 15% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
