Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Spray Painters for projects located in and around Grandville and Allendale, MI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $22-28/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an Industrial Spray Painter eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

• Prepare Various Types of Paint Materials for Spray Application
• Spray Paint Metal Components for Heavy Industrial Equipment
• Clean, Maintain, and Perform Minor Repair on Spray Guns, Paint Tanks, and Hoses
• Perform Material Prep including Cleaning, Hand/Machine Grinding, and Finishing
• Move Materials and Parts as Needed
• Operate Overhead Crane Safely and Efficiently

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 2 Years of Industrial Spray Painting Experience
  • Knowledge of Paint Mixing and Application Techniques
  • Familiarity with Surface Preparation and Finishing Processes
  • Ability to Operate and Maintain Painting Equipment
  • Experience Operating Overhead Cranes is Preferred
  • Must be Reliable, Safety-Conscious, and Able to Work in a Manufacturing Environment
