Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Entry Level Sales Representative to support our sales team in driving business growth. The Sales Representative will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales representatives, and other departments. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.
  • Act as a point of contact between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments.
  • Assist with the creation and coordination of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor sales inquiries, follow up with potential leads, and help manage the customer database (CRM).
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Process orders, manage invoices, and coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the organization of sales events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Handle client questions and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to process improvements to increase sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Knowledge of order management and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.
