• Prioritizing opportunities and juggling dozens of touch points at once will be paramount

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 years management experience
• Consistently handles product preparation and custom design jobs
• Oversees product preparation, stocking and inventory

• Maintains the balance between providing a high quality employee and guest experience, and achieving financial goals
• Develops sales forecast and creates schedules to ensure standards are exceeded
• Monitors business: previous day numbers, schedules, cash shortage concerns, and inventory
• Reviews inventory and evaluates levels
• Creates, communicates, implements and follows up on operations and financial action plans
