Job Description

Were looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support survey administration and data management for university-wide projects. This role involves working with institutional databases, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy to help drive informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and process internal and external surveys.
• Collect, clean, and organize data from student, faculty, and staff records.
• Maintain accurate logs of reports and deadlines.
• Prepare dashboards and assist with KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Support the development of forms, questionnaires, and institutional reports.
• Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
