As a Part Time Junior Ski/Junior Snowboard Instructor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be an essential part of creating unforgettable experiences for young and new skiers, assisting instructors both on the slopes and in the chalet. From helping with children's programs and managing the boot room to handling related office tasks, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly, all while being at the heart of the action in a fun and dynamic environment.

What you will be doing:

• Provide assistance for skiing/snowboarding to beginner & intermediate guests.
• Ensure safety of guests and associates at all times.
• Perform a variety of tasks around the Snowsport Center as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to work 2nd shift.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience or training accepted.
• Beginner-level skier or snowboarder required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; positive attitude.
• Safety-minded, able to take direction well, and comfortable working with the public, including children.
• Willingness to assist with various duties around the chalet.
• Capable of working in extreme weather conditions and lift 50 lbs.
