Currently hiring licensed health insurance agents to start in August! This is a W2 position that pays a base hourly pay, plus commission! This is a Direct placement opportunity. Location: - Work from Home (equipment provided) Qualifications: - Candidates MUST already hold an active health license for the state they reside in. Job Description: + The Licensed Virtual Benefit Advisor's responsibilities include selling and enrolling retirees into appropriate insurance products including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, dental plans, and advising Pre-Medicare eligible recipients of their options. + This is done primarily through providing Medicare education, conducting needs analysis, and assisting the retirees in selecting an appropriate plan for their needs. ***PRE-SET APPOINTMENTS - NO COLD CALLING*** Hours: - Training Hours: 8am-4:30pm CST - Shift Hours (+ potential for OT): Hours of Operation range from 7am-10pm CST Monday through Friday + Requests for OT during weekends Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
