About the Role

As a therapist at Squeeze, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment, delivering exceptional massage services while enjoying a range of benefits and perks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized massage services tailored to guests’ needs.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed/certified in your state.
• Available to work at least 12 hours a week.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

Required Skills

• Expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage; additional modalities a plus.
• Passionate about delivering a personalized massage experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to adjust techniques based on guests’ feedback.

Pay range and compensation package

• Excellent Earning Potential: Our therapists enjoy competitive compensation, averaging $48-$65 per service hour, including tips.
• Guaranteed Income: In addition to service pay, you’ll receive an hourly administrative rate for non-massage hours.
