What You'll Be Doing
Operate front-end loaders to transport and load materials safely and efficiently
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain site safety
Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies
Maintain clean and organized work areas to support operational flow
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
Commitment to maintaining equipment and worksite cleanliness
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
What We Offer
$40.00 to $43.75 per hour
