What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products efficiently and safely
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Load customer trucks and feed processing equipment with precision
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and productivity
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily operations

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial setting
  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and consistent performance
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
Conditions of Employment
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
