We are searching for those truly exceptional notaries that enjoy their role in the process, create great rapport in the room and gracefully roll with the ever changing dynamics of real estate settlements.
This is a 1099 contractor position, paid per closing.
We Pay The Following Rates
Buyer/Joint: $200
Seller: $100
Refinance: $125
Requirements
Closed at least 100 purchase transactions
Own a mobile scanner and hotspot
Willingness to cover closings in Richmond area
Commissioned notary in the state of Virginia
