Long periods of sitting behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer (8 hours of driving before DOT 30-minute break)
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Ability to operate a CMV in Interstate and Intrastate Commerce
Communicating and coordinating with dispatchers
Obeying and following applicable traffic laws
Securing cargo and properly arranging and balancing it within the vehicle
Ability to crank landing gear up/down on trailers

Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection reports
