WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Surgical Technologist for a contract assignment at an ambulatory surgery center in Temple Terrace, FL.

Job Function:  

\n

• Day Shift.
\n
• 4X10: 6am-4:30pm.
\n
• Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the facility EMR.  
\n
• Preps operating room for patient/procedure and assists other staff in breaking down the room.  
\n
• Assists in positioning, responding to comfort/safety of patient.  
\n
• Provides for accurate care and handling of specimens.  
\n
• Initiates corrective actions whenever needed.  
\n
• Observes and enforces strict standards of asepsis.  
\n

Job Requirements:  

\n

• Current license for the state of Florida\n
\n
• 3 months of CST exp.\n
\n
• Fast paced surgery center! Must must be well versed in shoulder and knee arthroscopies!\n
\n
